Are you involved in any way after I am contacted for

Not
at all. Any work, arrangements or deals that arise
from a creative professional's exposure on the Make-upChannel.com
are between you the member and our client, the employer
only. Our client employers are independent. We do
not act as an agent, therefore we do not charge a
commission or take credit for the results, but we
do track and document all placements!
Do I need to be on the internet in order to have an
online resume or portfolio?
No.
You'll need to use a computer with internet access
to register and view your information, but you don't
need your own internet account for connection. Your
clients will need access to the internet to view your
information. You get an optional free e-mail account
so people can e-mail you directly.
I already have my own web site – why should I put
my work on Make-up Channel?
If
you already have your own web site, that's great.
We can provide links and affiliations providing greater
exposure through our extensive network. For a fee
of $99.00 per year we will add your website to the
Make-upChannel.com.

a User I.D. and password. Use this information to
login to the section of the site. From there, you
upload samples of your work and information about
those samples, change or update your exhibitor information,
and modify or delete samples you have already shown
on site. If you've already signed up for a micro site,
we have a more extensive help section with step-by-step
instructions on how to upload or how to prepare samples
for upload in the registration section when you login.
How many samples can I upload and what file types
and sizes can I send?
Utilizing
the micro site tool, you can list a limited number
of images under products, services, promotional and
news events.

and Free Hosting for 12 months provides your business
with a selection of up to 5 category pages customized
build it yourself web site.
Micro
site "Website" Plan II - A one time fee of $399.00
and Free Hosting for 12 months provides your business
with a selection of up to 10 category pages customized
build it yourself web site.
Additional

3 Custom Site - For a fee of $150.00 per hour,
your company can have a totally customized web site

How much will my hosting provider charge me to transfer

Most
hosting providers do not charge to transfer a web
address. Please note the Make-up Channel does not
charge for this transfer at all. Any charges that
you may incur would come directly from your current
hosting provider.

Channel.com. Just go to the site creation toll and
submit three choices. We will research your selection
and register your request. There is a fee to register
your Domain name with Netsol.com of $20.00 with an
annual renewal. You do not need a web address to be
a member of the Make-up Channel.
Can I have my own web address, “myownname.com”?
Yes,
by upgrading your membership plan we automatically
register your own Domain name so your customers can
find you independent of the Make-up Channel. There
is a fee to register your Domain name with Netsol.com
of $20.00 with an annual renewal.
How can I be found at Make-up Channel?
Make-up
Channel has two directories plus an advanced search
engine. Your Make-up Channel address is yourcompanyname.com.
Make-up Channel also has registered its own Domain
name over 200 online directories.
How can I save $$$$?
Your
get two web addresses for the price of one. If your
customers know where to find you they just type in
www.yourcompanyname.com.
If they don't know where to find you they can search
through our directories.
Who will notify me when my Domain Name registration
expires?
Netsol.com
will notify you directly. Netsol.com will bill you
for all renewals. Renewal fees are currently $20.00
for one year (fees subject to change without notice
by Netsol.com). Remember this is your name. You Own
It!
What is the benefit of having my own Domain Name as
well as Make-up Channel’s Address?
You
get both for the price of one. You get to maintain
your independence while benefiting from the additional

If you have signed up for a micro-site and/or ecommerce
upgrade, you will be Billed by the Make-up Channel.
All other charges will also be billed directly by

Can I be billed through my checking account?
Yes,
we are equipped to process automated clearing house
(ACH) transactions.
When will I be billed?
As
an example, if you sign up for your basic membership
in the month of July, you will be billed in the month
of July for the year. Subsequent billing will occur
automatically on an annual basis. Upgraded membership
options will also be billed annually.
Will I receive an invoice every month?
No,
your credit card statements will serve as your invoice.
How do I renew my subscriptions?
There
is no need to renew your subscription. We'll automatically
bill your credit card for your annual membership and
any additional monthly services.
How do I cancel my web site hosting contract?
You
can cancel your web site hosting contract by e-mailing
us at customersupport@make-upchannel.com
with a 30-day notice. Cancellation will become effective
at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial
refunds will be given. If you sign up for a special
promotion there may be an additional fee of $20.00
for registering your Domain name.
If I cancel my hosting contract, can I keep my
web address?
Yes.
If you sign you for a special promotion there may
be an additional fee of $20.00 for registering your
